Represented major construction, real estate development companies, and many Saudi and foreign commercial personalities at the Saudi courts.
Led the negotiation team in establishing several Saudi joint-stock companies and participated in managing the private placement of many companies in the health sector, human resources, construction, Hajj and Umrah services, and logistical services.
Chaired many local and international arbitration boards in various specialties, and the most important of which were construction contracts, commercial agencies, and commercial companies.
Led the liquidation administration of many companies and assets and worked to achieve financial settlements between the parties of the various legal relationships.
participated in the official missions of the Ministry of Justice headed by His Excellency the Minister of Justice to the United States of America and the Republic of South Korea.
Taught several courses and lectures inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Participated and attended many programs, courses, and conferences in many legal specialties locally and internationally.
Participated in the review of the drafting of regulations and terms (the executive regulations of the General Authority for Guardianship over Minors’ Funds and who are under the same conditions – Regulation of the expenses fund).

1993 Received a bachelor’s degree in Systems from King Abdulaziz University (KAU) in Jeddah.

1995 Worked as a legal researcher at the Ministry of Hajj.

1997 Obtained a legal advice license from the Ministry of Commerce.

2002 Obtained a legal license from the Ministry of Justice.

2011 Received a master’s degree in regulations with excellent grades.

2017 Notarized and licensed by the Ministry of Justice.

2020 Bankruptcy Trustee accredited by the Bankruptcy
